城际铁路黄土填料路基压实响应与力学特征研究

摘　　要：以陕西西法城际铁路为依托,采用不同型号单钢轮振动压路机进行现场填筑工艺试验,研究了黄土填料压实技术特征参数及其响应规律与力学特征。结果表明:柳工22 t单钢轮振动压路机强振8遍时压实系数达到最大,松铺厚度30,35,40 cm时压实系数分别为0.956,0.953,0.913,压实厚度分别为25,30,35 cm;中大39 t单钢轮振动压路机强振6遍时压实系数达到最大,松铺厚度45,55 cm时压实系数分别为0.955,0.915,压实厚度分别为35,45 cm;黄土路基的压实系数K与地基系数K30、动态变形模量Evd存在线性关系;黄土路基的K30与Evd存在线性关系。Based on Xifa intercity railway in Shaanxi province,field filling process tests were carried out by usingdifferent types of single drum vibratory roller.The compaction technical parameters,response and mechanicalcharacteristics of loess filling were studied.The results show that the compaction coefficient of Liugong 22 t single drumvibratory roller reaches the maximum when it is heavily vibrated for 7 times.The compaction coefficient is 0.956,0.953 and 0.913 when the thickness of loose paving is 30,35 and 40 cm respectively,and the compaction thickness is 25,30 and 35 cm respectively.The compaction coefficient of Zhongda 39 t single drum vibratory roller reaches the maximumwhen it is heavily vibrated for 6 times.The compaction coefficient is 0.955 and 0.915 when the loose paving thickness is45 and 55 cm,and the compaction thickness is 35 and 45 cm respectively.There is a linear relationship betweencompaction coefficient K and foundation coefficient K30 and dynamic deformation modulus Evdof loess subgrade,whileK30 and Evdof loess subgrade have linear relationship.
