摘  要:针对高职院校食品营养与检测专业现有人才培养模式存在的问题,从人才培养方案、培养目标和课程标准的制订、教学模式、考核评价、校内实训基地的建立、"双师型"教学团队的建立方面进行了探索与实践。构建基于校企共育,工学结合的双主体育人的现代学徒制人才培养模式,对于提升我国高职教育质量具有深远的影响和实际意义!A view of the problems existing in the existing talent training mode of food nutrition and testing major in higher vocational colleges,from the talent training scheme,training objectives and the process of making the course standard,teaching mode,evaluation,the establishment of the school training base,the establishment of the"double type"teaching team aspects has carried on the exploration and practice.The construction of a modern apprenticeship talent training model based on school-enterprise co-education and combining work with study has far-reaching influence and practical significance on improving the quality of higher vocational education in our country!
