贫困女大学生综合素质提升途径研究

摘　　要：作为我国精准扶贫工作中的重要组成部分,高校精准扶贫对提高我国的综合实力,实现和谐社会具有重大意义。为了能够将扶贫工作与素质教育相结合,我国许多高校开始立足于学校贫困大学生资助的现实条件以及执行情况,以提高大学生的综合素质为核心,积极地为大学生解决个人的燃眉之急,为大学生能够在学校期间将个人的时间以及精力放在学习上提供保障,为大学生个人的成长成才营造良好的外部环境。本文以贫困女大学生为切入点,具体分析贫困女大学生综合素质提升的相关策略以及途径。As an important part of China’s targeted poverty alleviation campaign,targeted poverty alleviation in colleges and universities is of great significance to improve China’s comprehensive strength and help build a harmonious society.In order to truly combine poverty alleviation and the implementation of quality education,many colleges and universities in China have started to base themselves on the practical conditions,and set the improvement of the comprehensive quality as the core.They try their best to solve the urgent needs of the individual students,make sure that the students can concentrate on their study and take initiative to seek help from the school and the teachers,creating a good external environment for the personal growth of students.This paper takes poor female college students as the starting point,and pays special attention to the analysis of relevant strategies and approaches to improve the comprehensive quality of poor female college students,so as to ensure that poor female college students can develop a correct world view,outlook on life and values.
