摘　　要：志愿精神是一种具有生命特质的实践精神,构成个人参与公共生活的重要道德体验,是实现人性超越和完满的"那一维"。借助马克思生存论视角,可以在理论上阐明志愿精神的实践机制,理清实践的基本过程和未来发展的方向,在实践中重视对志愿者的生存关照和生命关怀,发挥志愿精神培育中"体验"的功能,实现从志愿良心到生命关怀的"知行转化"。The voluntary spirit,a kind of practical spirit with vital characteristicsas well as"another dimension"to achieve the transcendence and perfection of human nature,constitutes an important moral experience for individuals to participate in public life.From the perspective of Marx’s Existentialism,we can theoretically clarify the practical mechanism of voluntary spirit and its basic process of practice and future direction of development to attach importance to the existence concern and life care of volunteers in practice,and to develop the function of"experience"in the process of cultivation of volunteerism,and to realize the"transformation of knowing and doing"from volunteer conscience to life care.
