摘　　要：大运河文化带建设对于坚定文化自信、彰显中华优秀文化的持久影响力具有十分重要的意义。加强江苏大运河文化带制度规划外宣翻译研究,在世界舞台上讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音。语言顺应论指导下的外宣翻译实践表明,译者应努力做到对语言结构与语境关系的顺应。在词汇、句法层面,译者应采取词性转换、增词等翻译策略。此外,译者通过意译、释义等翻译方法的运用,有效地实现对目标语读者物理世界、心理世界以及社交世界的顺应。The construction of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt is of great importance to enhance cultural confidence and display the everlasting influence of excellent traditional Chinese culture.Strengthening the publicity translation study of the regulations and plans of the Grand Canal Cultural Belt in Jiangsu plays a crucial role in telling Chinese stories and spreading the Chinese voice on the international stage.The publicity translation guided by the theory of linguistic adaptation indicates that the translator should strive for the adaptation towards linguistic structure and contextual correlates.In terms of vocabulary and syntax,the translator should adopt such strategies as conversion of part of speech,addition of words and etc.In addition,resorting to indirect translation,paraphrase and other methods,the translator can effectively achieve the adaptation towards the physical world,mental world and social world of the target reader.
