摘　　要：亲和力与针对性在思想政治教育中具有十分紧密的联系。通常,思想政治教育的亲和力都建立在针对特定主体的情况下而言,只有将亲和力与针对性两者在特定的情况下有效结合,才能够充分发挥其在思想政治教育过程中的重要作用。通过探讨两者关系、归纳提升亲和力和针对性的必要性、分析亲和力和针对性发展过程中存在的问题,提出高职思想政治教育亲和力和针对性提升的有效举措。Affinity and pertinence are closely related in ideological and political education.Generally speaking,the affinity of ideological and political education is based on specific subjects,and only by effectively combining affinity and relevance under specific circumstances can we give full play to its important role in the process of ideological and political education.By exploring the relationship,summarizing the necessity of enhancing and analyzing the problems in the process of affinity and pertinence development,the paper puts forward effective measures to enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
