摘　　要：校训体现了社会文化的历史性与时代性,政法院校所形成的校训文化是法律文化的重要体现,这些校训有其特定的历史烙印,离不开法律文化传统的内核,同时亦是整个法律界发展的时代缩影。政法院校校训均由四词八字构成,是一种“规矩”意识的体现,其中字频最高的实词分别是德、法与公,从中可以凝练出独具特色的“以德为佐、以法为仲、以公为佑”这一法律文化特色。政法院校校训对法律文化传统进行的创造性转化,将更多的传统内容创新适用,这对进一步完善中国特色社会主义法治文化的内涵要义具有重要启示意义。The school motto reflects the historical and epochal nature of social culture.The school motto culture formed by political and law colleges is an important manifestation of legal culture,which has the specific historical imprints and is inseparable from the core of legal culture traditions.Besides,it is also the epitome of the era of the development of the world,from which we can find the legal culture characteristic of“Emphasis on morality,law and justice”.The creative transformation of the school motto of political and law colleges to the legal cultural traditions will bring more traditional content innovations and applications,which is of important enlightening significance to improving the connotation of the rule of law culture with Chinese characteristics.
