摘 要:随着信息技术的快速发展,大数据以及人工智能在教育领域得到了广泛应用,如何将数据科学与课堂教学实践相结合受到了越来越多的人的关注。本文在大学物理思维导图的基础上构建了大学物理的知识图谱,在构建过程中采取专家问卷调查法和自然语言分析法获得各知识点的重要程度,并通过对学生答题记录的分析确定知识点之间的联系。在教学过程中,将大学物理知识图谱与课堂应答系统相结合,可以根据学生的答题情况,了解学生对各知识点的掌握程度,并生成个性化推荐信息,这对提高学生学习效率能起到积极的作用。With the rapid development of information technology, big data and artificial intelligence have been widely used in the field of education. How to combine data science with classroom teaching practice has attracted more and more people’s attention. This paper builds a knowledge map of college physics on the basis of the mind map. In the process of construction, expert questionnaires and natural language analysis are used to obtain the importance of each knowledge concept, and the connection between knowledge concepts is determined through the analysis of students’ answer records. In the process of teaching, the combination of college physics knowledge map and classroom response system is helpful to understand students’ mastery of various knowledge points and generate personalized recommendation information according to their answers. This teaching model will play a positive role in improving students’ learning efficiency.
