摘 要:棋盘井煤矿大巷群受到邻近巷道和双翼工作面多次采动应力扰动影响,围岩应力环境恶劣,变形破坏严重,直接威胁矿井安全生产。采用现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟、现场监测和工业性试验等手段,总结了双翼采动条件下大巷群围岩变形破坏特征及影响因素,确定了采动应力反复扰动引起围岩条件持续恶化是导致大巷群围岩灾变的根本原因;提出了基于内外圈加固层协调变形和共同承载的大巷群围岩修复加固原则,揭示了注浆加固对于巷道围岩性能改善的作用机制,开发了以大巷群分类、“浅孔注浆+高强让压锚杆”和“深孔注浆+高延伸率让压锚索”形成的内外圈加固层为核心的大巷群围岩修复加固体系,并指导了工程实践。The main roadway group of Qipanjing Coalmine is affected by many times of mining stress disturbance of adjacent roadway and double wing mining face,which leads to abominable stress environment and serious deformation and damage of surrounding rock,which therefore directly threatens the safety production of the mine.Through field investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,field test and industrial test,the deformation and failure characteristics and influencing factors of the surrounding rock mass with the main roadway group under the condition of double wing mining have been summarized up,the fundamental cause of the disaster with the surrounding rock mass of the road-way group caused by continuous deterioration of the rock because of the repeated disturbance of mining stress has been identified,the principle of surrounding rock restoration and reinforcement based on the coordinated deformation and the common bearing capacity of the inner and outer reinforcement layer has been put forward,and the mechanism of grouting reinforcement for improving the surrounding rock performance of roadway has been revealed.And then the surrounding rock restoration and reinforcement system of roadway group has been developed,with the classification of roadway group and the core of the inner and outer ring reinforcement layer formed by“shallow hole grouting+high-strength anchor bolt”as well as“deep hole grouting+high elongation anchor cable”,base on which,the engineering practice has been guided.
