政校企协同的测绘行业继续教育模式探索

摘  要:针对当前行业继续教育中存在的教学内容与市场需求相脱节、理论与实践相脱节、继续教育生态紊乱等问题,本文基于政校企三方协同,构建行业继续教育的完整生态链,提出了政校企协同的行业继续教育模式,新模式顾及了多方参与主体的需求,能动态调整师资、课程内容以贴近市场实际。最后,介绍了近年来长沙理工大学开展湖南省测绘地理信息行业继续教育培训的实践过程和经验。Aiming at the problems of disjointed teaching content with market demand,disjointed theory and practice,and ecological disorder of continuing education,this paper,based on the tripartite cooperation of government,college and enterprise,constructs a complete ecological chain of continuing education,and puts forward a model of continuing education in the industry with the cooperation of government,school and enterprise.The new model takes into account the needs of various participants,and can dynamically adjust teachers,teaching contents according to the market reality.Finally,the paper introduces the practice and experience of continuing education and training in surveying and mapping geographic information industry in Hunan Province in recent years carried by Changsha University of Technology.
