摘  要:为了提高灵菌红素发酵产量水平,从土壤中筛选灵菌红素产生菌并研究其发酵条件。通过摇瓶发酵、高效液相色谱分析以及质谱分析,筛选获得1株灵菌红素产生菌PG12,经16S rDNA序列鉴定为粘质沙雷菌(Serratia marcescens)。利用小型发酵罐进行发酵实验,确定菌种生长和合成灵菌红素的最适温度都为26℃、最适pH分别为7.0和7.5。在最适的温度和pH条件下,灵菌红素产量在发酵14 h可达到最大值1212.7 mg/L。结果表明,菌种PG12具有生产应用潜力,本研究结果可以为灵菌红素发酵研究及生产提供参考。In order to improve the fermentation level of the prodigiosin,the prodigiosin-yield bacteria were screened from the soil and the fermentation conditions were studied.Accroding to shaking flask fermentation tests,High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)and Mass Spectrometry(MS)analysis,a prodigiosin-yield strain PG12 was isolated and identified as Serratia marcescens by 16S rDNA sequencing.Using a small fermenter to carry out the fermentation experiments,and the optimum temperature was 26℃both for the cell growth and synthesis of the prodigiosin,and the optimum pH was 7.0 and 7.5,respectively.Under the optimal conditions of temperature and pH,the production of prodigiosin could reach the maximum value of 1212.7 mg/L within 14 h of fermentation.Finally,the result showed that the strain PG12 had the potential of production and application,and this study could provide more reference for the fermentation research and production of prodigiosin.
