摘 要:通过盐酸林可霉素干扰建立小鼠肠道菌群失衡模型,研究混合乳酸菌菌悬液及其发酵乳对菌群失衡小鼠的肠道微生物及其免疫能力的影响。结果表明,连续3 d灌胃300 mg/mL的盐酸林可霉素显著降低了小鼠肠道中双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的含量及双歧杆菌数量与大肠杆菌数量的比值(B/E)(P<0.05),且在7 d内未能恢复,同时,还显著降低了小鼠肠道菌群的丰富度指数与多样性指数(P<0.05);发酵乳杆菌(Lactobacillus fermentum)Xn,植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)La、Yd及鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus)J以1∶1∶1∶1的比例混合的菌悬液及其发酵乳通过显著提高小鼠肠道菌群的丰富度指数与多样性指数来改善肠道菌群的alpha多样性(P<0.05),并增加了小鼠肠道中Bacteroides spp.、Lachnospira spp.、Ruminococcus spp.、Blautia spp.及Lactobacillus spp.的丰度,降低了Escherichia spp.和Clostridium spp.的丰度;盐酸林可霉素还显著增加了小鼠血清内毒素的含量,并显著降低了小鼠的脾指数、血清中球蛋白及免疫球蛋白IgG的含量(P<0.05),而混合乳酸菌菌悬液及其发酵乳的干预则显著降低了小鼠血清内毒素的含量(P<0.05),并显著增加了小鼠的脾指数、血清中球蛋白和IgG的含量(P<0.05)。混合乳酸菌菌悬液及其发酵乳可以改善由盐酸林可霉素诱导的小鼠肠道菌群紊乱,并增强其免疫能力。The mixed Lactic acid bacteria(LAB)suspension and it’s fermented milk were used to intervene the mice model with gut microbiota destroied,which was established by lincomycin hydrochloride.The results showed that the content of Bifidobacterium spp.and Lactobacillus spp.and the ratio of Bifidobacterium spp.to Enterobacter spp.(B/E)in mouse gut were significantly decreased by the 3 consecutive days of intragastric 300 mg/mL of lincomycin hydrochloride(P<0.05),and did not recover with in 7 days,and the richness and diversity indexes of gut microbiota were also significantly decreased(P<0.05).The alpha diversity of gut microbiota in mouse were significantly increased according to increase the richness and diversity indexes of gut microbiota by the mixed suspensions of Lactobacillus fermentum Xn,Lactobacillus plantarum La,Yd and Lactobacillus rhamnosus J(1∶1∶1∶1)and it’s fermented milk(P<0.05),with the richness of Bacteroides spp.,Lachnospira spp.,Ruminococcus spp.,Blautia spp.,and Lactobacillus spp.increased,and the richness of Escherichia spp.and Clostridium spp.decreased.The content of spleen index,globulin and immunoglobulin IgG of serum in mouse were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the content of endotoxin in serum was significantly increased by lincomycin hydrochloride(P<0.05),while the intervention of mixed LAB suspension and it’s fermented milk significantly decreased the content of serum endotoxin(P<0.05),and significantly increased the content of spleen index,serum globulin and IgG(P<0.05).These results suggest that the gut microbiota disorder of mouse induced by lincomycin hydrochloride could be improved by the mixed LAB suspension and it’s fermented milk,and the immunity could also be enhanced.
