摘  要:目的探讨山黄皮果皮和果核水提取物的抑菌作用和降血糖作用。方法用水溶剂提取山黄皮果皮和果核活性成分,用琼脂稀释法检测最低抑菌浓度(MIC);用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导构建糖尿病小鼠模型,随机分为正常对照组、病理模型组、阳性药组、山黄皮果皮200 mg/ml剂量组、山黄皮果皮50 mg/ml剂量组,分别给药治疗,观察糖尿病小鼠体重和血糖的变化。结果山黄皮果皮和果核水提取物对10种常见菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为100 mg/ml;山黄皮果皮水提取物200 mg/ml剂量组能够改善糖尿病小鼠体重情况,有降血糖作用的趋势,50 mg/ml剂量组降血糖作用效果不明显。结论山黄皮果皮和果核水提取物均具有一定的抑菌效果,抗菌谱较广,但是山黄皮果皮水提取物降血糖作用不明显。Objective To investigate the antibacterial and hypoglycemic effects of water extracts from the peel and kernel of Clausena indica(Datz).Oliv.Methods The active components from the peel and kernel of Clausena indica(Datz).Oliv.were extracted with aqueous solvent and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)was determined by agar dilution method.Diabetic mice models were induced by streptozotocin(STZ)and were randomly divide into the normal control group,the pathological model group,the positive drug group,and 200 mg/ml dose peel extract group and 50 mg/ml dose peel extract group.Each group was treated separately,and the changes of body weight and blood glucose in diabetic mice were observed.Results The MIC of water extracts from the peel and kernel of Clausena indica(Datz).Oliv.against 10 common strains was 100 mg/ml.The 200 mg/ml dose peel extract group could improve the weight of diabetic mice,showing a trend of hypoglycemic effect,while the 50 mg/ml dose group showed no obvious hypoglycemic effect.Conclusion The water extracts from the peel and kernel of Clausena indica(Datz).Oliv.have a certain antibacterial effect and a broad antibacterial spectrum.However,the water extract from Clausena indica(Datz).Oliv.peel has no obvious hypoglycemic effect.
