摘  要:目的探索“课程思政”理念下的《全科医学概论》教学改革效果。方法选择2017级预防医学专业140名学生作为研究对象,1班70名学生作为对照组,予以常规教学,2班70名学生作为观察组,将“课程思政”理念融入教学中,授课结束后,对比两组学生在课程考试成绩和社会主义核心价值观(公民层面)培育满意度评分上的区别。结果观察组学生在课程考试成绩上高于对照组(P<0.01),且对社会主义核心价值观(公民层面)培育满意度评分上高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于“课程思政”理念下的《全科医学概论》教学改革可提高学生课程理论和实践知识掌握程度,加强学生社会主义核心价值观念,但仍需在制度保障、师资队伍、考核机制等方面完善改进。Objective To explore the teaching reform effect in the course of Introduction to General Medicine based on the concept of“curriculum ideological and political education”.Methods One hundred and forty students majoring in preventive medicine from grade 2017 were selected as the research objects and 70 students from class 1 were randomly selected as the control group to received conventional teaching.Another 70 students from class 2,as the observation group,received the teaching based on the concept of“curriculum ideological and political education”.At the end of course,two groups were compared for differences in the course test scores and their satisfaction with cultivating socialist core values(citizen level).Results The students in the observation group scored higher in course examination than those in the control group(P<0.01),and their satisfaction with cultivating socialist core values(citizen level)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The teaching reform of Introduction to General Medicine based on the concept of“curriculum ideological and political education”can improve students’mastery of curriculum theory and practical knowledge,and can strengthen students’core socialist values.However,the aspects such as system guarantee,teaching staff,assessment mechanism still need to be improved.
