摘  要:针对培养创新创业型人才的需求,着重建设创新能力训练和创新孵化平台,探索出课程—竞赛—创新创业递进互补式三角教学体系的建设方法,建立跨学科多平台的FabLab创新空间,给学生提供创新创业想法的"孵化器"。通过理论与实践"交叉共进",建立阶梯式创新课程教学体系;引进层次化的高水平竞赛平台,"点面互补"巩固课程知识、拓展创新能力;以"零距离"校企合作,实现创新能力与社会需求产业化的无缝衔接,打造开放式FabLab软硬件环境,突出"科技创新磁场"氛围等措施,探索并实践出跨学科多平台融合型FabLab模式,在大工程观下实现跨界交叉融合,更好地培养符合新时代要求的创新人才。上海交通大学学生创新中心经过2年多的实际应用,取得了预期成效。In response to the demand for innovative entrepreneurial talents,we focus on innovation ability training and innovation incubation platform construction,explore the construction method of progressive complementary triangle teaching system based on curriculum-race-innovation and entrepreneurship,and establish an interdisciplinary multi-platform FabLab.The platform provides students with an“Incubator”to realize innovative entrepreneurial ideas.Through the“cross-integration”of theory and practice,we establish a step-by-step innovative curriculum teaching system;introduce a hierarchical high-level competition platform,complement theoretical knowledge by consolidating curriculum knowledge and expanding innovation capabilities;realize the“Zero Distance”school-enterprise cooperation to realize the seamless connection between innovation capability and industrialization of social needs.We create an open FabLab software and hardware environment,highlight the“Magnetic Field of Technological Innovation”,explore and practice the FabLab model of interdisciplinary and multi-platform,and realize cross-border under the idea of large-scale engineering.The cross-integration will better cultivate innovative talents to meet the requirements of the new era.After practical application for more than two years,the Student Innovation Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University has achieved the expected benefits.
