摘  要:实验室绩效考核是当前高校内涵式发展中的一个重要环节。针对学校各学院实验室建设过程中的绩效评价难题,在数据分析基础上,选择了涵盖定性和定量分析的8个1级指标、28个2级指标和64个3级指标,对高校的实验室绩效进行了排名,计算采用了超效率-DEA融合层次分析法模型进行。全部定量指标采用超效率-DEA算法,定性指标采用层次分析法,最后选择经验权重将两个部分结果进行加权求和。在此基础上,选择某高校8个工科学院进行了为期3年的跟踪分析。实验结果表明,该方法能够反映出实验室建设的投入产出情况,符合学校每年的政策调整和学院实验室建设实际,具有较高的应用价值,能够为相关职能部门在实验室建设决策中提供依据。Laboratory performance appraisal is important in the development of college connotation.In order to solve the performance evaluation problems in the laboratory construction process of colleges,a new method of super-efficiency-DEA fusion analytic hierarchy process is proposed.In this method,8 first-class indexes,28 second-class indexes and 64 third-class indexes are selected to calculate the laboratory performance of colleges.For the calculation,super-efficiency-DEA algorithm is used for all quantitative indicators,then analytic hierarchy process is used for qualitative indicators,and empirical weight is selected to sum the two partial results.A three-year follow-up analysis has been carried out in 8 engineering colleges in a university.The experimental results show that the method has high application value,can reflect the input-output situation of laboratory construction,conforms to the annual policy adjustment and the actual laboratory construction of the college,and provides the basis for relevant functional departments to make decisions in laboratory construction.
