摘 要:我国成为《华盛顿协议》的正式成员以后,地方工科院校按照国家要求,积极开展工程教育专业认证工作,它对于保障工程类专业毕业生培养质量具有重要意义。“新工科”建设是基于国家发展战略部署,产业转型升级的需要对高等工程教育提出的新要求。在工程教育专业认证背景下,传统专业的升级改造、人才培养模式创新、持续改进机制构建等方面对地方工科院校“新工科”建设非常重要,如何落实《华盛顿协议》的精神,使“新工科”建设体现工程教育专业认证的三大核心理念:“以学生为中心”“成果导向”和“持续改进”。Since China has become the official member of the Washington Accord,the local engineering colleges and universities have actively carried out the professional accreditation of engineering education in accordance with the requirements of the state.It is of great significance to ensure the quality of the training of engineering graduates.The construction of"emerging engineering education"is a new requirement for higher engineering education based on the strategic deployment of national development and the need for industrial transformation and upgrading.Under the background of engineering education professional accreditation,it is very important for the construction of"emerging engineering education"in local engineering colleges and universities to upgrade the traditional specialty,the innovation of talent training mode and the construction of the continuous improvement mechanism.How to implement the spirit of the"Washington Accord"and make the construction of"emerging engineering education"embody the three core concepts of engineering education professional accreditation:"student centered","outcome-based education"and"continuous improvement".
