高校田径中长跑运动训练的恢复方法分析

摘  要:众所周知,在我国高校田径教学与训练过程中,中长跑的教学与训练一直以来都是一项既锻炼毅力又极具挑战性的项目。也由于中长跑训练的这一特性,在进行中长跑训练的过程中一定要正确把握疲劳恢复方法,这也是当前我国高校田径教学与训练过程中十分重要的组成部分。该文笔者以当前我国田径教学过程中中长跑训练的发展现状为研究基础,探究了中长跑训练易疲劳的发生机理,总结了中长跑训练过程中运动性疲劳的恢复方法,旨在促进我国田径教学的更好、更快发展。As is known to all,in the process of track and field teaching and training in colleges and universities in China,the teaching and training of middle and long distance running has always been an exercise of perseverance and a very challenging project.Due to the characteristics of middle-long-distance training,in the process of middle-long-distance training must correctly grasp the fatigue recovery method.It is also a very important part in the process of track and field teaching and training.Based on the current development of middle-distance running training in China's track and field teaching process,the author explored the mechanism of middle-distance running training easy to fatigue,and summarized the recovery methods of athletic fatigue in the middle-distance running training process,in order to promote the better and faster development of track and field teaching in China.
