摘　　要：食品科学与工程专业是一门实践性很强的工科专业,基于国内食品科学与工程专业普遍存在工程相关课程和实践教学环节不足、专业课教师自身工程能力欠缺、考核体系僵化,难以体现学生工程教育水平等现状,从重构课程体系、改革教学方法与手段、强化工程意识、深化校企合作和夯实过程管理等方面入手,对食品科学与工程专业进行教学改革,以提高工程人才培养质量、推进工程师资格国际互认、提升工程教育的国际竞争力,为促进食品科学与工程专业的建设和发展提供理论参考。Food science and engineering is a practical engineering majors.Based on insufficient engineering courses and practical teaching links,lacked of teachers'engineering skills,rigescent evaluation system,it is difficult to reflect students'engineering education level.In order to improve the quality of engineering personnel training,we reconstructed reform of course system,teaching methods and means,strengthened the awareness of engineering,deepened the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,strengthened the process management and other aspects.It provided theoretical reference for promoting the construction and development of food science and engineering specialty.
