摘 要:目前,培养肉的研发如火如荼,对人类膳食及食品领域产生了深刻的影响。培养肉虽然为人类膳食带来巨大变革,但也带来食品营养和安全的担忧。近年来,欧美国家兴起的“负责任创新”是旨在解决科技发展中的责任问题而提出的理念,这为培养肉的发展与创新提供了理论思索及现实应对的路径。运用负责任创新的理念和方法进行培养肉责任的规制或嵌入,使其形成具有风险防范和安全管理规范的决策与行动,从而促进培养肉开放、健康和包容的发展,推进人类膳食与培养肉的和谐共生。At present,the research and development of lab-grown meat is like a raging fire,having a profound impact on the food field and human diet.Although cultured meat brings huge benefits to diets of human beings,it also brings concerns about food nutrition and safety.In recent years,the responsible innovation that has arisen in Europe and the United States aims to solve the responsibility issues in the development of science and technology,which provided a theoretical analysis and realistic response to the innovative development of lab-grown meat.Responsible innovation ideas and methods were used to regulate the ethical responsibility of lab-grown meat,so as to form decisions and actions of risk prevention and safety management standard,thereby promoting the development of benign,open,healthy and inclusive in lab-grown meat,and promoting the harmonious coexistence of lab-grown meat and human beings.
