摘  要:推导了与轮对纵向、横向移动速度和摇头速度相关的三个一阶微分方程,并将其作为轮对蛇行运动的激励,代入考虑转向架纵向、横向和摇头运动的柔性转向架二阶微分方程中.使用该模型计算三种动车组在轮对初始横移量3 mm下的构架和轮对蛇行频率及在构架1~8 mm横移量下的构架蛇行频率,计算结果表明:CRH2和CRH5型车的蛇行频率较为接近且低于CRH3型车的蛇行频率.使用推导的动力学微分方程对国内某型时速350 km动车组进行仿真计算,结果表明:当运行速度为350 km/h,轮对初始横移量为3 mm,等效锥度为0.14时的构架蛇行频率为3.0 Hz,说明该型动车组实测构架端部加速度出现的2.9 Hz振动频率为构架蛇行频率.研究结果表明:该二阶微分方程能够反映车辆在实际车轮踏面锥度的下蛇行运动规律.The three first-order differential equations related to the longitudinal,lateral and yaw speeds of wheelsets are derived,and they are used as the excitation of hunting motion of wheelsets and are substituted into the second-order differential equations of flexible bogies considering longitudinal,lateral and yaw motions of the bogies.The model is used to calculate the hunting frequency of the frame and wheelset under the initial wheelset lateral displacement is 3 mm and the frame hunting frequency under the frame lateral displacement of 1-8 mm.The results show that the hunting frequency of the CRH2 and CRH5 are close and lower than that of CRH3.The dynamic differential equation is used to simulate a certain type of domestic EMU with 350 km/h.The results show that the frame hunting frequency is 3.0 Hz when the running speed is 350 km/h,the initial wheelset lateral displacement is 3 mm,and the equivalent taper is 0.14.It is indicated that the vibration frequency of 2.9 Hz of the measured frame end acceleration of the EMU is the frame hunting frequency.The research results show that the second-order differential equation can reflect the law of vehicle hunting under the actual wheel tread conicity.
