摘 要:作动器死区是一种严重的非线性现象,其降低主动悬架性能,影响汽车正常行驶。在考虑作动器死区特性的基础上,建立含作动死区特性的分段主动悬架动力学模型。在死区范围内,等同于被动悬架;在死区范围之外,相当于传统主动悬架模型中增加了一项死区断点的激励输入。基于无死区时的主动悬架最优控制器,分别推导出不同死区范围内的主动悬架闭环系统模型。按时间历程离散化,通过迭代求解方法,获得含作动器死区特性的主动悬架系统响应。研究结果表明:作动器不存在死区时,主动悬架性能明显优于被动悬架;存在死区时,主动悬架动态性能明显变差;在一定死区范围内,系统性能仍优于被动悬架。Actuator dead zone is a serious nonlinear phenomenon,which reduces the performance of active suspension and affects the normal running of vehicle.Considering the characteristics of the dead zone of the actuator,a piecewise dynamic model of the active suspension with the characteristics of the dead zone is established.Based on the optimal controller of active suspension without dead zone,the closed loop system models of active suspension in different dead zone are derived.The response of active suspension system with actuator dead zone characteristics is obtained by time history discretization and iterative solution method.The results show that the performance of active suspension is obviously better than that of passive suspension in the absence of dead zone,and the dynamic performance of active suspension is obviously worse in the presence of dead zone.The system performance is still better than that of passive suspension within a certain dead zone.
