摘　　要：教学模式是教学活动的基本结构,文章结合电工与电子技术课程特点,在电工与电子技术理论和实践教学过程中进行了"对分课堂"教学模式的探索,从课堂组织、师生对分、课程评价等方面进行了详细阐述。"对分课堂"教学模式在电工与电子技术课程教学中取得了较好的教学效果,也得到了同学的认可;随着对分课堂教学模式的深入实践,有望得到更好的教学效果,并且推广到其他课程的教学中。Teaching mode is the basic structure in pedagogical practices.Combing the course characteristics,the article stated the PAD teaching mode practice of the electrical and electronic technology in theory and practice teaching,from class organization,students and teacher PAD,to curriculum assessment.A good teaching efficiency was gained by PAD teaching mode.And the mode was accepted universally by classmates.With the deeper practice,a better teaching efficiency would gain and the teaching mode will be popularizing to other courses.
