摘  要:“家长是幼儿园教师的重要合作伙伴,应本着尊重、平等的原则,吸引家长主动参与幼儿园教育工作。”这是新《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》对每一位一线教师提出的要求,也是每一位幼儿教师在做,而且想做好的工作。我园开展了“家长助教”这项活动,并取得了较好的效果。本文就家长助教工作的探究实践进行简单论述。"Parents are important partners of kindergarten teachers, and should be based on the principles of respect andequality to attract parents to actively participate in kindergarten education." This is the new "Outline" for every frontline teacher.A kindergarten teacher is doing and wants to do a good job. Our park carried out the activity of "Parents Teaching Assistants"and achieved good results. This article briefly discusses the inquiry practice of parent teaching assistant work.
