摘　　要：从高职院校思想政治工作角度,阐述高职院校开展“三全育人”的必要性,分析当下思想政治教育过程中存在的问题,提出高职院校协同各育人主体构建“三全育人”路径需要主动革新理念、发挥制度保障、推动实践养成、优化教学评价。From the perspective of Ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges,this paper expounds the necessity of carrying out"Three Complete Education"in higher vocational colleges and analyze the problems in the process of current ideological and political education.Higher vocational colleges should actively innovate ideas,give full play to system guarantee,promote practice and optimize teaching evaluation.
