摘 要:目的探讨心内科新护士岗前规范化培训的效果。方法在2018年4月—2019年4月期间在该院心内科实习的护士中选取24名研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组12名。对照组采用传统的培训方式,实验组采用一对一的规范化培训方式,对比分析两组护士培训前后理论成绩、操作成绩和综合评分及满意度情况。结果相比较于对照组,实验组护士培训后经考核的理论成绩、操作成绩以及综合评分及实习护士满意度均较高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心内科新护士岗前规范化培训能够显著提高新护士的各项能力。Objective To explore the effect of standardized training for new nurses in the Department of Cardiology.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,24 research subjects were selected from nurses in the cardiology department of the hospital,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with each group consisting of 12 people.The control group adopted the traditional training method,and the experimental group adopted a one-to-one standardized training method.Comparatived analysis of the theoretical scores,operational scores,comprehensive scores and satisfaction of the two groups of nurses before and after training.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group's nurses'theoretical scores,operational scores,comprehensive scores and satisfaction of the intern nurses after training were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-job standardized training for new nurses in the Department of Cardiology can significantly improve the abilities of new nurses.
