研究生自我概念和心理健康的关系:心理弹性的中介效应

摘　　要：为了探讨研究生自我概念和心理健康的关系以及心理弹性在其中的中介作用,采用自我概念量表(简化版)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对740名硕士研究生进行调查,并使用AMOS 24.0软件在自我概念、心理弹性和心理健康之间建立结构方程模型,检验心理弹性在研究生自我概念和心理健康之间的中介效应。研究结果发现:(1)男性自我概念得分显著低于女性(t=-2.033,p<0.05),心理弹性得分(t=2.796,p<0.05)和坚韧性维度得分(t=3.455,p<0.05)显著高于女性;(2)研究生自我概念、心理弹性、心理健康得分显著相关(p<0.01);(3)自我概念既直接预测心理健康(β=-0.386,p<0.001),又通过心理弹性间接预测心理健康(β=-0.263,p<0.001),中介效应占总效应的31.9%。因此得出研究生的心理健康与自我概念、心理弹性密切相关,心理弹性在自我概念和心理健康之间起部分中介作用的结论。In order to explore the relationship between self-concept and mental health of postgraduate students,as well as the mediating role of psychological resilience,the article adopts the self-concept scale(simplified version),the psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC),and the symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)to conduct a survey on 740 postgraduates and used AMOS24.0 software to establish a structural equation model between self-concept,mental resilience and mental health to test the mediating effect of psychological resilience between self-concept and mental health of postgraduates.The results of the study found that:(1)The self-concept score of men was significantly lower than that of women(t=-2.033,p<0.05),the psychological resilience score(t=2.796,p<0.05)and the toughness dimension score(t=3.455,p<0.05))is significantly higher than that of women;(2)Postgraduates’self-concept,mental resilience and mental health scores are significantly correlated(p<0.01);(3)Self-concepts not only directly predict mental health(β=-0.386,p<0.001),but also indirectly predict mental health through mental elasticity(β=-0.263,p<0.001).The mediating effect accounts for 31.9%of the total effect.Therefore,it is concluded that the mental health of postgraduate students is closely related to self-concept and mental elasticity,and that mental elasticity plays a part of the mediating role between self-concept and mental health.
