摘　　要：关于社会支持的研究大多从整体角度进行概括化描述,通过主效应模型和缓冲效应模型解释社会支持对个体心理健康水平的影响。结合最优匹配理论发现,社会支持的具体化研究是很有必要的。目前已有一些社会支持具体化的量表,对不同来源、不同类型、不同领域的社会支持也有一些研究,未来可以对社会支持来源、类型、程度的匹配作更深入的探究,考虑不同性质、不同形式的支持对个体的影响,并编制出更具体化的社会支持测量工具。Most previous studies have described social support from a holistic perspective,and explained the impact of social support on individual mental health through the main effect model and the buffer effect model.Combined with the optimal matching theory,it is found that the specific research of social support is necessary.At present,there are some specific scales of social support.There are also some studies on social support from different sources,different types,and different fields.In the future,the matching of social support sources,types,and degrees can be further explored,and different forms of different natures can be considered.Impact of individual support on individuals,and compile more specific social support measurement tools.
