摘　　要：文章以常州信息职业技术学院教学管理精细化策略实施为例,通过运用大数据分析技术,改革传统教学管理模式,优化工作流程,制定合理教学管理方案,修订教学管理制度,精细化教学管理人员考核标准等,以达到提升教学管理的高效性和可预知性的目的。This paper takes Changzhou College of information technology s teaching management fine strategy implementation as an example,through the use of Big Data analysis technology,to reform the traditional teaching management mode,and optimize the workflow,formulate a reasonable teaching management scheme,revise the teaching management system,refine the assessment standards of teaching management personnel,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency and predictability of teaching management.
