浅谈外伤与疾病的关联性鉴定在工伤认定中的运用

摘　　要：人力社保行政部门在工伤认定过程中,经常会遇到企业职工受伤后发现、诱发或者加重原有疾病的情况,如果“受伤”与“疾病”存在关联性,则应认定工伤的加重情节,如果没有关联性,则工伤认定结论可将相关疾病直接排除。将劳动能力“关联性鉴定”适时的介入到工伤认定的程序中,能够有效地辅助工伤认定行政行为的正确实施。In the process of identifi cation of industrial injury,it is often encountered that employees of enterprises fi nd,induce or aggravate the original diseases due to work-related injuries.If the injury is related to the disease,it should identify the aggravating circumstances of the industrial injury.If there is no correlation,the conclusion of industrial injury identifi cation can directly exclude the related diseases.It can eff ectively assist the correct implementation of the administrative act of industrial injury identifi cation that the correlation identifi cation of labor capacity is timely involved in the process of industrial injury identifi cation.
