摘　　要：在应用型本科“人事测评”课程中实施研讨式教学改革:编写研讨式教学计划、实施研讨式五步教学法、改进教学评价。通过改革,激发了学生学习的兴趣、培养了学生的能力、促进了知识的掌握。实施中要注意教师作用的发挥,研讨问题的选择以及多元评价体系的建立。To implement the seminar teaching reform in the course of Personnel Assessment for application-oriented undergraduates:to compile the seminar teaching plan,implement the discussion-based five-step teaching method,and improve the teaching evaluation.Through the reform,it stimulates students'interest in learning,cultivates students'ability and promotes their mastery of knowledge.In the implementation,we should pay attention to the role of teachers,the selection of discussion problems and the establishment of multiple evaluation system.
