摘  要:目的探讨多维度互动式教学模式在ICU临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年1月—2019年12月期间ICU实习生118名,将2018年1月—2018年12月60名实习护生作为对照组,2019年1月—2019年12月58名实习护生作为实验组。对照组采用传统“一对一”带教模式,实验组采用多维度互动式教学模式,评价两组护生实习结束后的理论与操作成绩及综合素质。结果实验组护生理论、操作及总成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组护生职业心理素质、临床处理能力、护理沟通能力、临床管理能力及健康教育能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多维度互动式教学模式可以有效提高ICU临床护理教学质量及护生的综合素质。Objective To explore the application of multidimensional interactive teaching model in clinical teaching of ICU.Methods We selected 118 interns in ICU from January 2018 to December 2019,60 interns from January to December 2018 as the control group,and 58 interns from January to December 2019 as the experimental group.The control group used the traditional"one-to-one"teaching model,and the experimental group used the multidimensional interactive teaching model to evaluate the theoretical and operational results and comprehensive quality of the two groups of nursing students after practice.Results The theory,operation and total score of nursing students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The professional psychological quality,clinical management ability,nursing communication ability,clinical management ability and health education ability of nursing students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional interactive teaching model can effectively improve the clinical nursing teaching quality of ICU and the comprehensive quality of nursing students.
