摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学与多媒体教学联用在骨科教学中的应用及对实习生成绩和满意度的影响。方法选取医院骨科的80名本科实习生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表的方法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组给予传统多媒体教学,观察组给予PBL联合多媒体教学。观察两组实习生的考核成绩以及实习生对教学模式的满意度。结果观察组实习生理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩及对教学的满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合多媒体教学能显著提高学生的考核成绩,培养学生的综合能力,且学生对此教学模式的满意度高。Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching combined with multimedia teaching in orthopaedic teaching and its influence on the performance and satisfaction of interns.Methods 80 undergraduate interns in orthopaedics department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.The method of random number table was used to divide them into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was given traditional multimedia teaching,and the observation group was given PBL combined multimedia teaching.Observe the assessment results of the two groups of interns and their satisfaction with the teaching mode.Results The results of theoretical assessment,clinical skill assessment and satisfaction with teaching of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined multimedia teaching can improve students'examination scores,cultivate the students'comprehensive ability,and student satisfaction is high.
