摘 要:当前素质教育改革的中心任务是全面推进素质教育。实施素质教育的主渠道是课堂,它要求在课堂教学中要面向全体学生,全面提高学生的整体素质,当然包括学困生在内。做好学困生的转化工作非常重要。正确的思想行为对他们的作用力与影响力很小,而消极、错误的思想行为对他们的作用力却很大。总结二十年的教育经验,我深深体会到,教师要采用正确的舆论,以情感为中介,树立信心,充分发挥师爱,坚持不懈地选择合适的方法,因材施教,走进学困生的内心世界,了解他们,打开学生的心扉。The central task of the current quality education reform is to comprehensively promote quality education.The main channel for quality education is the classroom,which requires all students in classroom teaching to comprehensively improve the overall quality of students,including students with learning difficulties.It is very important to do a good job in transforming students with learning difficulties.The right thoughts and behaviors have little force and influence on them,while the negative and wrong thoughts and behaviors have great influence on them.Summarizing 20 years of educational experience,I deeply understand that teachers should adopt correct public opinion,use emotions as an intermediary,build confidence,give full play to the love of teachers,unremittingly choose appropriate methods,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and enter the learning difficulties.Inner world,understand them,open students'hearts.
