摘　　要：构建“教师成长共同体”,即建设优秀的教学团队,让教师在团队中认定目标,相互借鉴,结伴前行。为此,梁山县小学语文优秀教学团队建设“1333”模式应运而生,即:探索“一条”团队成员专业发展的路径;组建县、镇、校“三级教研网络”;构建以名师专家团队、骨干教师团队和教学新秀团队为组成的“三级教学梯队”;打造以名学科、名课堂、名教师为构成的“三名工程”。To build a"teacher growth community",that is,to build an excellent teaching team,let teachers identify goals in the team,learn from each other,and move forward together.To this end,the"1333"model for the construction of an excellent Chinese language teaching team in the primary school of Liangshan County came into being,that is:to explore the path of professional development of"one"team members;to form a"three-level teaching and research network"for counties,towns,and schools;The"three-level teaching echelon"composed of the backbone teacher team and the teaching rookie team;create a"three project"composed of famous disciplines,famous classrooms,and famous teachers.
