摘　　要：高等职业教育属于特殊类型教育,是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,具有工具理性和价值理性。从价值理论维度分析,高等职业教育应当遵循“育人为本,德育为先”的教育理念,帮助学生的综合素质全面发展,确保“以人为本”的价值取向。大力发展高等职业教育既能够培养出符合社会发展需要的专业技能人才,也能够保证社会公平,是高等职业教育工具理性的重要体现。Higher vocational education belongs to a special type of education and is an important part of our country's education system with instrumental rationality and value rationality.Analyzing from the perspective of value theory,higher vocational education should follow the educational concept of"cultivating people first,moral education first"to help students develop comprehensive quality and ensure the value orientation of"people first".Vigorously developing higher vocational education can not only train professionals with professional skills that meet the needs of social development,but also ensure social equity,which is an important reflection of the rationality of higher vocational education.
