摘  要:学困生现象已日益成为高校育人工作的难点之一,而班导师作为解决学困生问题的一线工作人员,其工作策略十分重要。通过对学困生的学习态度、动机、基础、归因等方面的调查,了解学困生的心理品质与现实诉求。在深度分析调查结果的基础上,提出了班导师切实可行的学困生精准帮扶策略,包括全面做好学业问题预防工作、及时找准学业问题症结所在及精准帮扶学困生解决学业问题这3个方面。The phenomenon of students with learning difficulties has increasingly become one of the difficulties in universities.Through the investigation of learning attitude,motivation,foundation and attribution of students with learning difficulties,the psychological quality and realistic demands of students with learning difficulties are understood.Based on the in-depth analysis of the survey results,this paper puts forward practical and feasible strategies for accurate help for students with learning difficulties,including comprehensively preventing academic problems and finding out the crux of academic problems in time and precisely helping students with learning difficulties to solve their academic problems.
