摘　　要：高校在不断优化装备维修专业的课程内容、教学模式过程中,需要对作为教学活动基本载体的教材进行适应性优化与调整。文章简述装备技师教材建设的时代要求与基本思路,并探讨装备维修专业教材建设的具体措施:建制度机制,强保障体系;研岗位标准,定内容结构;推编写体例,定品相风格;审编写质量,定试用要求。In the process of continuously optimizing the course content and teaching mode of equipment maintenance specialty in colleges and universities,it is necessary to adaptively optimize and adjust the teaching materials as the basic carrier of teaching activities.This paper briefly describes the requirements of the times and the basic ideas of the construction of teaching materials for equipment technicians,and discusses the specific measures for the construction of teaching materials for equipment maintenance specialty:establishing system and mechanism,strengthening support system,researching post standards,determining content structure,pushing writing system,fixing product style,reviewing compilation quality and determining trial requirements.
