摘 要:运用响应面分析法优化碱提法与载体吸附法草红花中红色素的工艺,并对提取、酸沉、吸附工艺进行优化。本文以提取过红花黄色素的红花渣为原料,以红花红色素色价为响应值,通过单因素和响应面优化实验得出最佳浸提条件:浸提碱液为氢氧化钠,浸提pH为10.3,料液比为1∶36.5,浸提时间为5.3h,小麦纤维素为红花红色素的最适吸附载体。在此条件下对红花红色素浸提液进行pH及酸种类进行优化,结果表明:用醋酸调节浸提液pH为3.5~4.0后的效果最佳。Objective:To optimize the technology of alkali extraction and carrier adsorption,and to optimize the extraction,acid precipitation and adsorption process.Based on the extracted red flower residue as raw material,with red flowers red pigment natural response value,by single factor and response surface optimization experiment,the optimal extraction conditions were:leaching for caustic soda lye and leaching pH is 10.3,ratio of material liquid 1∶36.5,leaching time was 5.3h,wheat cellulose for optimal adsorption carrier of safflower red pigment.Under these conditions,the pH and acid types of the extract of safflower red pigment were optimized.The results showed that the optimum effect was to adjust the pH of the extract to 3.5~4.0 with acetic acid.
