摘　　要：工业互联网作为新一代信息技术与制造业深度融合的新兴产物,是新工业革命的关键支撑和深化"互联网+先进制造业"的重要基石。当前我国工业互联网技能型人才缺乏,在制造业转型升级和企业数字化转型方面支撑能力不足。本研究对比了国内外工业互联网技能型人才的培养政策和途径,对我国发展工业互联网对技能型人才的客观需求、能力要求和培养现状进行了分析,并对下一步培养工业互联网技能型人才的路径方向提出了对策建议。Industrial Internet is a new product of the deep integration between new generation of information technology and manufacturing.Industrial Internet is becoming a key support for the new industrial revolution and an important cornerstone for deepening the"Internet+Advanced Manufacturing".At present,there is a lack of Industrial Internet skilled talents in China.Furthermore,there is a lack of talents in manufacturing-upgrading and enterprise-digital transformation.This study(1)compares the training policies and approaches for Industrial Internet skilled talents at home and abroad;(2)analyzes the objective needs,ability requirements and training status of Industrial Internet skilled talents in China;(3)puts forward suggestions for next-step training for Industrial Internet skilled talents.
