摘　　要：目的评价Gibbs反思循环模式在神经外科护生评判性思维能力培养中的效果。方法采用不同病例前-后对照的方法,将2019年1月-6月在本院神经外科实习的护生53例设为对照组,实施传统的教学方法;将2019年7月-12月在本院神经外科实习的护生54例设为试验组,实施Gibbs反思循环模式的教学方法,干预前后采用评判性思维态度倾向性测量表(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)对护生进行测评,并对两种教学方法的效果进行比较。结果干预后试验组护生的评判性思维总分(290.40±2.30)分高于对照组总分(278.60±3.13)分(P<0.05),并且CTDI-CV各维度得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。护生对Gibbs反思循环模式教学方法的认可度高于对传统教学法的认可度(P<0.05)。结论Gibbs反思循环模式能够有效提升护生在临床实习中的主观能动性,提高护生的评判性思维能力,并得到护生的认可。Objective To evaluate the effects of Gibbs Reflective Cycle on critical thinking ability of nursing students in neurosurgery.Methods The pre-and post-control of different cases was conducted in the study.A total of 53 nursing students in the department of neurosurgery from January to June 2019 were set as the control group,where the traditional teaching method was implemented and another group of 54 nursing students from July to December 2019 as the trial group,where the teaching method based on the Gibbs Reflection Cycle was used.The critical thinking ability was measured by the Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV),and the effects of the two teaching methods were evaluated and compared before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the total score of CTDI-CV in the trial group was significantly higher than that in the control group(290.40±2.30 vs.278.60±3.13,P<0.05),and the scores of all dimensions were higher than those in the control group as well(P<0.05).Besides,the level of acceptance of nursing students for the Gibbs reflective cycle was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Gibbs Reflection Cycle can not only improve the incentive of nursing students during clinical internship,but also their critical thinking ability effectively.It is popular among nursing students.
