摘　　要：在“三全育人”理念下,辅导员是重要的育人队伍。谈心谈话活动是高职院校辅导员开展学生管理的一项基本工作,是了解学生现状、获取学生变化、深入学生心灵、解决学生问题、引导教育学生的重要环节。高职院校辅导员在谈心谈话工作中要克服草率随意、大寒索裘、安常习故、缺乏反思等问题,通过营造氛围、有的放矢、循循善诱、反躬自省等策略提高高职院校辅导员开展谈心谈话教育工作的有效性,达到传播知识、传播思想、传播真理,塑造灵魂、塑造生命、塑造新人的育人目的。Under the three-in-one education concept,the counselor is an important education team.The heart-to-heart talk is a basic management of students in the higher vocational college counselors’work.It is an important link that is to know the status of students,catch for students change,get into students’mind,solve the problem of students,teach and guide the students.Higher vocational college counselors in the heart-to-heart talk work to overcome problems such as acting rashly and casually,making effort at the last moment,following rules and stereotypes and lacking in reflection.Through creating an atmosphere,targeted,persuasive,self-reflection and other strategies,it is hoped to improve the effectiveness of the heart-to-heart talk education higher vocational college counselors’work,to spread knowledge,ideas and the truth,to shape the soul and life,build new education purpose.
