摘 要:该文主要通过文献资料法、案例分析法论述高中"乐动体育"教学策略,通过案例分析,提出在"乐动体育"教学实施中,利用"主题挑战,激发乐点""开拓思维,以乐促动""集散结合,动中取乐""展现成效,乐动合一"及"增强体能,动生志趣"5个环节教学策略的实施,来达到学生主动锻炼,快乐锻炼,持续锻炼的目的,激发学生的运动兴趣和内驱力,促使学生积极参与、乐于合作探究,从而逐步提高运动能力,形成良好的健康行为和体育品德,增进身心健康。The paper mainly discusses the teaching strategy of"fun sports"in high school through literature and case analysis methods.Through case analysis,it is proposed to use"thematic challenges to stimulate music points"and"open mind"in the implementation of"fun sports"teaching.With the implementation of five links of teaching strategies,such as"promoting fun""combining collection and distributing,making fun while moving""showing effectiveness,uniting fun and moving",and"enhancing physical fitness and moving interest"to achieve the purpose of active exercise,happy exercise,and continuous exercise,to stimulate students’interest in sports and internal drive,to encourage students to actively participate in and be willing to cooperate and explore,so as to gradually improve athletic ability,form good healthy behaviors and sports ethics,and promote physical and mental health.
