摘 要:该文采用文献资料法探讨体育游戏在高职体育教学中的运用,分析了体育游戏所具有的有趣性、灵活性、竞争性、合作性和目的性等特征,阐述了体育游戏在高职体育教学中调动学生参与积极性、将教学内容简单化和促进学生身体健康的意义。一般来说,体育游戏在高职体育教学中的运用阶段分为准备活动阶段、基本技术技能阶段、身体素质练习阶段和整理活动阶段。To discuss the application of sports games in higher vocational physical education using literature method,analyze the characteristics of sports games such as fun,flexibility,competitiveness,cooperation and purpose,and expound the sports games mobilize the enthusiasin of students to participate in higher vocational physical education,simplify the teaching content and promote the health of students.Generally speaking,the use of sports games in higher vocational sports teaching is divided into preparation activities,basic technical skills,physical fitness exercises and finishing activities.
