摘 要:轴箱转臂式定位节点的刚度会对车辆的动力学性能造成一定的影响,以我国某2B0轴式地铁车辆为研究对象,利用多体动力学软件,建立该车辆的动力学模型。分析了节点刚度变化与车辆动力学性能的关系,并重点分析了节点刚度与车辆振动特性的关系,另外还考虑了节点失效的情况。计算结果表明橡胶节点刚度在一定范围内增加,可以改善车辆的平稳性,并可以降低车体的横向和垂向加速度,但车辆的轮轨垂向力、轮轴横向力会有不同程度的增大,车辆的曲线通过性能变差,当节点完全失效即刚度下降为零时,车辆动力学性能会变差。The stiffness of axle box rotating arm positioning node will have certain influence on the dynamic performance of vehicles.Taking a 2B0 axle metro vehicle in China as the research object,the dynamic model of the vehicle is established by using multi-body dynamics soft⁃ware.The relationship between the stiffness of the joints and the vehicle dynamic performance is analyzed,and the relationship between the stiffness of the joints and the vibration characteristics of the vehicles is emphatically analyzed,and the failure of the joints is also considered.Calculation results show that the rubber stiffness increases within a certain range can improve the stability of the vehicle,also can reduce the body of the horizontal and vertical acceleration,but the vehicle axle and wheel-rail vertical force,lateral force will have different degree of in⁃crease,the curve of the vehicle by performance,complete failure when node stiffness is reduced to zero,the vehicle dynamic performance will be worse.
