摘 要:煮糖制度是糖厂煮炼工段的重要管理制度,对煮炼回收率有很大影响。文章通过对云南省景真糖厂近3个榨季在不同煮糖制度下煮炼回收率的数据进行分析,结果表明:在糖浆纯度相差不大和保证产品质量的条件下,2018/19年榨季和2019/20年榨季的赤砂糖全部打包出售的煮糖制度比2017/18年榨季主产白砂糖(少量赤砂糖打包)的煮糖制度煮炼回收率更高;2019/20年榨季是在2018/19年榨季的基础上进一步优化煮糖制度,采取降低丙糖膏纯度的优化配料方法使2019/20年榨季的煮炼回收率提高到92.68%,比2018/19年榨季的91.88%提高0.8个百分点,比2017/18年榨季的91.26%提高1.42个百分点。Sugar boiling system is an important management system in the boiling section of sugar factory,which has a great influence on the boiling house recovery.The data of boiling house recovery of different sugar boiling systems in recent three grinding seasons of Jingzhen Sugar Refinery were analyzed.The result showed that while the purity of syrup were similar and the product quality was guaranteed,sugar boiling system in which all brown sugar was sold in packages(2018/19 and 2019/20 crushing season)was prove to have higher boiling house recovery than that of few brown sugar is sold in packages(2017/18 crushing season).In 2019/20 crushing season,by further optimizing the sugar boiling system based on 2017/18 crushing season,the optimal ingredient method of reducing the purity of c-paste was adopted,the boiling recovery rate in 2019/20 crushing season reached 92.68% which was 0.8percent higher than 91.88%in 2018/19 crushing season,and 1.42 percent higher than 91.26% in 2017/18 crushing season.
