摘 要:采用本体聚合法制备了展青霉素(Patulin,PAT)分子印迹聚合物(MIPs),其中替代模板分子为2-吲哚酮,功能单体为4-乙烯基吡啶,交联剂为二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,致孔剂为乙酸乙酯。使用扫描电子显微镜对PAT-MIPs进行表征,结合平衡吸附试验等表明:MIPs对PAT具有特异性吸附作用。以PAT-MIPs为吸附填料制备分子印迹固相萃取柱,结合高效液相色谱法能快速检测苹果汁样品中PAT的残留,其线性范围为0~50 mg/L(R2=0.9992),相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.92%,苹果汁样品加标回收率为78.2%~90.1%。本文所建立的方法可用于复杂基质实际样品中PAT残留的检测。The molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) of patulin(PAT) were prepared by bulk polymerization method.The alternative template molecule was 2-butanedione,and 4-vinylpyridine was used as the functional monomer.This reaction was crosslinked by dimethacrylate and reacted in ethyl acetate.MIPs was characterized by scanning electron microscope.Combined with equilibrium adsorption experiments,the results showed that MIPs have specific adsorption to PAT.A molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction column was prepared using PAT-MIPs as adsorption sorbent,and an analytical method was established by combining high performance liquid chromatography.This method can rapidly detect PAT residues in apple juice samples.The linear range of the method was 0-50 mg/L(R^2=0.9992),the relative standard deviation value was 1.92%,and the recoveris was 78.2%-90.1%.This method can be utilized for the determination of patulin residues in real samples with complex matrix.
