我国校长文化领导力研究述评

摘　　要：校长文化领导力与校长价值领导力、校长道德领导力既有区别更有联系,是种概念与属概念的关系。从概念、意义、要素、提升四个维度,对我国研究校长文化领导力的现状进行梳理,认为校长文化领导力的定义、特征、类型,校长文化领导力与校长价值领导力、校长道德领导力的相互关系,校长文化领导力生成机理与作用机制,校长文化领导力本土化、中国化是未来的研究重点和发展趋势。culture leadership of principles has differences and connections with value leadership and moral leadership of principles,which is a connection between a concept and its sub-concepts.From the four dimensions of concept,significance,elements,and promotion,it studies the status quo of the cultural leadership of principals in our country.It holds that the definition,classification,characteristic of the culture leadership of principles,the interrelation between the culture leadership of principles and value leadership and moral leadership of principles,the formation and function mechanism of culture leadership of principles,and the localization of culture leadership of principles will be the focal points and development tendency in the future researches.
