摘　　要：普通应用型本科院校在实施导师制过程中存在着一些实际问题。为解决这些问题,在土木工程专业实施导师制时制定了针对性措施,加强导师制全学程管理。通过实践,学生的专业素养得到了有效提高。There are some practical problems in the process of implementing tutorial system in general applied undergraduate.In order to solve these problems,specific measures have been taken and the whole course management of tutorial system has been strengthened when the tutorial system is implemented in civil engineering.Through practice,students professional quality has been effectively improved.
