摘　　要：OBE模式基于利益相关者的调查进行愿景规划,按照能力培养标准对毕业生预期要达到的成果进行“反向”构思、设计,通过对课程和能力矩阵匹配的“正向”方式实施、运行人才培养策略,将内需和外需完美地结合起来,有效满足了校内和市场的需求。研究基于OBE模式对翻译本科专业学生翻译能力培养的翻译教学进行一体化设计,以期为翻译专业教学质量的提升提供思路,为创新人文学科人才培养模式提供参考。Based on the investigation of stakeholders,OBE mode carries out the vision planning,and carries out the"reverse"conception and design of the expected results of graduates according to the ability training standards.Through the"positive"mode matching the curriculum and the competence matrix,talent training is implemented and operated,which perfectly combines the domestic and external needs,and effectively meets the needs of the school and the market.Based on the OBE mode,the integrated design of translation teaching is carried out to improve the translation competence of translation major undergraduates,so as to provide ideas for the improvement of translation teaching quality and provide reference for the innovation of talent training mode of humanities.
